What is our role?

The highest professional standards and proven methodologies are utilised in implementing a new HRMS solution for a customer. Every implementation is fully specified, project managed and co-ordinated by dedicated implementation consultants. Implementations are run in accordance with PRINCE2 best practice. The implementation team is responsible for:

  • Investigation & system specification
  • system set-up & payroll build
  • proof testing and converstion
  • parallel running through to live processing
  • Their success is based on effective partnerships with the customer from conception to live processing.
  • We have clear, jointly agreed governance with go/no-go checkpoints
  • Our implementation approach is complimented by our TOT Transition model

What do you expect my organisation to do?

We expect you to nominate a representative to help co-ordinate and sign-off the project gateways. There will be activities during the implementation, especially as part of our mixed economy model, where you will need to identify resources to undertake specification and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). We will work with you to identify specific resource requirements. We can also provide you will additional resources should that be appropriate.
