We will work closely through the procurement process to determine whether the future of your employees currently providing the service. We have considerable experience of successfully TUPE-ing employees into the service or building a ‘greenfield site.
Our TOT model combines the process requirements of due diligence, technical and commercial activity, with the need to work closely with employees, orientate them to new ways of working and build a robust and effective service transformation plan.
We work with the retained HR function at all stages in this journey.
