Capita signs new payroll outsourcing contract with esure

Capita HR Solutions today announce a three-year deal with insurance company esure to provide payroll administration services to esure’s 1,500 employees across the UK.

The services Capita will provide include:

• a managed payroll service on the integrated ‘Ingenuity’ platform;
• monthly employee and 3^rd party BACS process to make employee payments; and
• access to Ingenuity’s HR module to enable esure HR staff to key in information about new starters and leavers.

The service will be delivered from Capita HR Solutions’ flagship shared service centre in Blackburn.

Carole Timms, head of human resources at esure, said:  “We chose Capita HR Solutions because we felt that they were best placed to develop and improve the payroll service in line with our changing business requirements. Capita’s system will enable esure to have access to a strategic solution which integrates our payroll services and offers significant improvements to the provision of management information.”
