Ann Southworth
HR Solutions Bid Director

Ann was appointed Director in June 2007 having joined Capita in 2003. Ann is responsible for solutions design for ‘Big Ticket’ bids and led the HR & Payroll workstream as part of the successful Sheffield City Council strategic partnership bid and previously on the Southampton City Council and Swindon Borough Council bids. Ann led the team through bid to successful transition. Ann is also responsible for providing expertise to deliver operational service transformation across the full range of HR and Payroll services provided. Ann has also led a number of strategic projects including off-shoring processes for Capita’s internal HR and Payroll Service. Throughout her career in Capita, Ann has been responsible for operational service delivery including service delivery to public and private sector clients.

Prior to joining Capita Ann worked in organisational and leadership development roles for Lancaster University and has 18 years experience in Local Government.

Lynn Jonas
Operations Director

Lynn was appointed Operations Director in 2005, having joined Capita in 2002. Lynn has responsibility for 5 shared service centres across the UK delivering Outsourced HR & payroll services to a large global investment bank; Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council; Swindon Borough Council as well as providing outsourced services to over 1,000 schools and many private sector clients from 2 of our operations in Carlisle and Sittingbourne.

Lynn leads the Operational Strategy Group which drives service improvements through reviewing practices; staff development and use of technology.

Lynn transferred to Capita from PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was a senior manager in their HR Outsourcing Practice responsible for operational delivery to many blue chip clients and service improvement function.

Lynn has over 20 years in the outsourcing industry spanning operational delivery; implementation and service improvement.

Mark Radcliffe
Product Development Director

Mark joined Capita HR Solutions as their IT Director in September 2008. Since joining Capita, he has been actively involved in a number of large scale projects including the successful 2011 Census bid, and the transitions of Southampton and Sheffield City Councils. Mark has also been actively involved in the centralisation of key processes encompassing HR Data Management, HR & Payroll Administration, CRM and Reporting. More recently Mark has been involved in two significant transformation projects taking place in Belfast for the BBC and Northern Ireland Civil Service. Mark has recently been appointed Product Development Director with the remit of developing new, and enhancing existing products as part of the Capita HR Solutions offering.

Prior to this Mark held several senior positions within Xchanging HR Services culminating in the Head of Technology role. During this time he was responsible for the implementation of an e-HR system (peopleportal/Oracle) across BAE SYSTEMS. Mark also spent 18 months leading the Operational HRIS (Human Resources Information Services) team where he streamlined processes and introduced technology solutions resulting in improvements to both operations and service.

Mark’s core technology skills were built during his career with BAE SYSTEMS where he worked on several large-scale highly technical aircraft programmes including Nimrod MRA4 and Eurofighter/Typhoon.

Michael Henry
Finance Director

Michael has over 10 years experience in senior finance roles. He joined Capita in January 2008 from BT Group where he undertook a number of roles as Financial Controller including Internet Services and Billing, Retail Sales Business and within Openreach. He is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant.

With the HR Solutions business, Michael has responsibility for the financial controls, management and planning of our business together with the financial appraisal of our bids and pricing.

David Beaumont
Transformation Director

David has been with Capita since 2005. In his role as Transformation Director David is responsible for the people, process & technology changes required to achieve Capita’s Target Operating Model for integrated shared services.

David’s prior experience is in a consultancy capacity in the HR/Payroll space for a number of high-profile clients with particular emphasis on shared services implementation.

Andrew Buggy
Solutions Director

Andrew took the role of solutions director in 2009. In this role Andrew is focused on supporting the growth of the business.

Andrew has been with Capita since 1998 and began his worked in a variety of operational, transition/transformation programme management and business development roles. Andrew has played a key role in securing over £260 million in new HR BPO business for capita. His main focus today is on leading a core team working with clients to build their business cases for BPO and service transformation.

Previous to working for Capita Andrew worked in local government and the private sector as an HR professional.

Bridget Green
Operations Director

In 2009, Bridget became Operations Director, responsible for 2 shared service centres delivering outsourced HR and payroll services to Southampton City Council and Sheffield City Council. Bridget also has responsibility for the Capita Group HR Admin centre in Orpington that provides payroll and HR admin service to 36,000 Capita employees.

Bridget’s HR career in Capita Group covers 12 years in a variety of HR Professional roles and latterly as Corporate HR Director for the Capita Group which included responsibility for functions including Corporate benefits, Corporate HR Projects, Training and Development strategy, HR Administration centre and all TUPE transfer integrations. Bridget also led the HR strategy for a number of Capita’s major outsourcing contracts across the public and private sectors including the BBC, Blackburn with Darwen and the Criminal Records Bureau for the Home Office.

Prior to joining Capita, Bridget has over 13 years’ HR professional experience within a variety of sectors.

Patricia Taylor
Managing Director

Patty Taylor is the new Managing Director of Capita's HR Outsourcing Business. Patty's remit is to lead multiple workforce related business lines into the future and support high standards of customer service and growth in both the private and public sectors. In addition, Patty is a key contributor to Capita's large deal and workforce services executive leadership groups.

Patty is a recognised thought leader in HR Outsourcing throughout Europe and prior to joining Capita, she served as Managing Director of Xchanging's HR Outsourcing, Recruitment, and Global Mobility Service lines. Prior to Xchanging she lead a variety of Logica Plc's international service lines including global multinational payroll and HRO, Oracle Partner HGA and the UK Saas/BPO under the guise of the PLC Cloud/SaaS strategic roll-out. In addition, she has served as Managing Director of F&A and HR BPO services for Liberata, and as Group Board Director for Ceridian UK, leading Product Development, IT and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Patty has over 25 years experience as a senior executive leading operations and functions in high growth BPO and IT/service organisations in the UK, Europe and the US in on-shore, near-shore and off-shore models. Patricia has a Masters in Business Administration from William & Mary and an undergraduate degree in International Affairs and Philosophy from Mary Washington University.
