Roger Eigenheer
Business Director

Roger has been with Capita HR Solutions since 2007 and manages a large contract with one of Capita’s key clients. Roger’s focus has been on improving quality and speed of delivery, delivering new programmes of work and improving the overall commercial position of the contract.

Roger has a background in engineering and continuous improvement. He has previously had broad experience delivering large scale transformational IT and BPO programmes focusing on business improvement and cost reduction outcomes with one of the big 4 consulting firms.

David Beaumont
Transformation Director

David has been with Capita since 2005. In his role as Transformation Director David is responsible for the people, process & technology changes required to achieve Capita’s Target Operating Model for integrated shared services.

David’s prior experience is in a consultancy capacity in the HR/Payroll space for a number of high-profile clients with particular emphasis on shared services implementation.

Andrew Buggy
Solutions Director

Andrew took the role of solutions director in 2009. In this role Andrew is focused on supporting the growth of the business.

Andrew has been with Capita since 1998 and began his worked in a variety of operational, transition/transformation programme management and business development roles. Andrew has played a key role in securing over £260 million in new HR BPO business for capita. His main focus today is on leading a core team working with clients to build their business cases for BPO and service transformation.

Previous to working for Capita Andrew worked in local government and the private sector as an HR professional.

Bridget Green
Operations Director

In 2009, Bridget became Operations Director, responsible for 2 shared service centres delivering outsourced HR and payroll services to Southampton City Council and Sheffield City Council. Bridget also has responsibility for the Capita Group HR Admin centre in Orpington that provides payroll and HR admin service to 36,000 Capita employees.

Bridget’s HR career in Capita Group covers 12 years in a variety of HR Professional roles and latterly as Corporate HR Director for the Capita Group which included responsibility for functions including Corporate benefits, Corporate HR Projects, Training and Development strategy, HR Administration centre and all TUPE transfer integrations. Bridget also led the HR strategy for a number of Capita’s major outsourcing contracts across the public and private sectors including the BBC, Blackburn with Darwen and the Criminal Records Bureau for the Home Office.

Prior to joining Capita, Bridget has over 13 years’ HR professional experience within a variety of sectors.

Steve Drury
IT Director

Steve joined Capita in 2009 as the IT Director for HR Solutions. During his time in Capita he has been involved in business development and operational activities ensuring innovation and improvement in the platforms supporting service delivery.

Prior to joining Capita, Steve spent two years as the Lead Architect for Core HR in a Global Outsourcing business

Previously Steve has led a SAP programme for to implement HR, Recruitment and Payrolls for the Saudi Arabian and UK workforces and was the Technology Lead during the creation of the business case to create and build a Share Service joint venture for a major global manufacturing company.
