How do you reach employees who don’t have access to a computer and self-service?
Our focus is on working with you to move as many of our transactions on line as possible. However, many employees work ‘in the field’ with little, if any, access to computers during their normal working day.
We have developed an innovative solution that allows employees to input timesheet and expenses information using an 0800 number and telephone key pad. This means we can drive online service take-up and reduce costs to our clients.
In particular we have adopted this approach for the delivery of the payroll for over 35000 employees covering the 2011 Census.
