Off-Shore Capability 

Capita HR Solutions' Off-shore capability has been established since 2007,  in association with our Orpington Shared Service Centre.

Our drive is to move transactions online. However, where this is not appropriate our Off-Shore Team undertake data inputting and transactional processing across a range of HR and Payroll requirements.

Services are enabled by the Capita HR Service Manager to ensure ease of hand-off between the onshore and off-shore teams and full visibility of progress. Where required the processes flow through to the On-shore team using our HR Service Manager, with any letters or contracts being printed and dispatched in Orpington.

Through our Off-shore capability we are easily able to flex our resources to meet peaks in activity.
