Capita has been providing payroll services since 1997 with the acquisition of the payroll outsourcing business from IBM Datasciences.
Today we deliver all aspects of end to end HR, Pay and Pension services to over 650 clients across the public and private sector in the UK. We run 1,500 payrolls, paying over £17b to 3 million client employees and pensioners in the UK and Ireland and provide 9.7m payslips per year.

Our Managed Payroll Service team act as your payroll function and legislative partner.
