We provide transactional and campaign management recruitment services for our 6 largest public sector clients including Executive Recruitment and Selection and end-to-end campaign management.

Additionally, for Southampton City Council we manage the Temporary Employment Agency. We have extensive experience of implementing and administering Job Evaluation schemes including the Hay and NJC Schemes, managing local authority redeployment processes and undertaking all aspects of pre-employment screening including CRB applications. From our shared service centre in Belfast we manage the recruitment of 5,200 continuing and fixed term contract roles each year; issue over 20,000 contracts for continuing, fixed term and casual staff; and manage the agency and advertising budget for the BBC reducing spend by 50% over 3 years.
