Transition and Implementation
How do we manage the risk?
The highest professional standards and proven methodologies are utilised inthroughout transition and implementing a new solution for a customer. Every programme is fully specified, project managed and co-ordinated by dedicated consultants and are run in accordance with PRINCE2 best practice. The team is responsible for:
- specifying resource and processes in scope
- Investigation & system specification
- system set-up & system build
- proof testing and converstion
- parallel running through to live processing
Success is based on effective partnerships with the customer from conception to live processing with clear, jointly agreed governance with go/no-go checkpoints.
Our approach is complimented by our Transition/Orientation/Transformation (TOT) model.
What do you expect my organisation to do?
We expect you to nominate a representative to help co-ordinate and sign-off the project gateways. There will be activities during transition and implementation, especially as part of our mixed economy model, where you will need to identify resources to undertake specification and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). We will work with you to identify specific resource requirements. We can also provide you will additional resources should that be appropriate.

Help you implement it yourself
Our mixed economy model works on the basis that if you take part of our managed service we will work with you to implement functionality across the entire function. We are no software providers but see no reason to draw unnecessary lines of demarcation when end-to-end solutions work best for both parties.
