Celebrating success at Capita HR solutions
We’re proud to announce some of the award nominations and wins Capita has received so far in 2016. From social responsibility to client care, we’re delighted that our colleagues have been recognised for their contribution to our industry and the communities in which we work.
Responsible Business Awards 2016
We have been shortlisted for the Community Impact Champion Award in Northern Ireland for our work with The Prince’s Trust and local fundraising. We have supported local and national charities with fundraising, providing sports sponsorship for grass-roots cross community teams and held donation drives for homelessness, Operation Christmas Child, and Cash for Kids. The winner will be announced at the Gala Awards Dinner on 2nd June. Good luck to the team!
Aer Lingus Viscount Awards 2016
Our Irish team has been shortlisted in the Employee Champion Category at the Aer Lingus awards and the team will attend an awards luncheon on 24th May. This award is in recognition of our Capita & Me programme. The types of initiatives we have been involved in include supporting The Prince’s Trust by hosting World At Work days and employability workshops, with our team sharing their recruitment and HR expertise, helping with CV writing, interview skills and hosting mock interview workshops with young people.
Excellence in BPO award for the Dixons Carphone Service
Well done to the Dixons Carphone team who have delivered outstanding service to our client during significant acquisitions and a period of growth. In recognition of the team’s work, we are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Excellence in Business Process Outsourcing Strategy award at the National Outsourcing Associations Professional Awards. We’ll find out whether the team has won on the 19th May. Fingers crossed for this well-deserving client team.
Irish HR Champion Award
Capita HR Solutions has won the Irish HR Champion Award in recognition of the work of achieved through our Capita & Me strategy. The Capita & Me team are passionate about engagement, employee well-being and social responsibility and this award is an endorsement of their drive, commitment and success. Just one of the great achievements of the team is the completion of the Prince’s Trust NI Million Makers challenge raising over £10,000 of much needed funds for young people in Northern Ireland who need our help most.
At Capita HR Solutions, we believe that for employee engagement and social responsibility to be truly effective they need to be aligned to our values, goals and skills as a business. We know that our Capita & Me programme has a positive impact on our workplace and the communities in which we work and live.
