In the Southampton and Isle of Wight areas, 100% of schools clients said they would recommend Capita’s services, and 93% describe themselves as extremely happy with the service from Capita. The survey covers the first six months to June 2016.
Melanie Hutchins, who leads the schools team in the south of England, explains what the results mean to them:
100% of Capita clients say they are satisfied with the response times to their queries that can be as a result of email or phone queries, or dealt with as part of face-to-face support when HR advisors work in-house for an allotted time each week. Capita’s HR advisors have a wide variety of backgrounds and areas of expertise, and all are CIPD qualified HR professionals with public, private, and education sector experience.
“I am really pleased for the team, they care about what they do and they go the extra mile. I think we deliver good service but it’s fantastic to have it verified. When you work with schools you’re making a really meaningful impact. Having strong HR support and a dependable source of advice means schools can spend their time on what goes on in the classroom.” adds Melanie.
What’s next for the education team? Hannah Vockins, Product and Sales Director for the education sector at Capita HR Solutions, says there are lots of exciting developments in the pipeline for Capita’s schools clients:
“I’m fortunate in that I get to meet with schools on a regular basis and hear about the evolving requirements for HR and payroll, especially for multi-academy trusts.
